Meet Cera Lai, a dedicated physiotherapist and Olympic weightlifting coach driven by a lifelong passion for movement and the human body. A natural sports enthusiast, Cera thrives on exploring and mastering new disciplines, from Volleyball and CrossFit to Skateboarding and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Cera’s journey into physiotherapy began with a significant injury during their youth, sparking a deep fascination with biomechanics and the science of recovery. This pivotal experience ignited a commitment to helping others overcome physical challenges and achieve their best selves. With over a decade of experience—including work in aged care—Cera understands the vital role of mobility and well-being at every stage of life.

As a coach and therapist, Cera blends technical expertise with real-world athletic experience, connecting with clients on a personal level. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or pursuing ambitious fitness goals, Cera provides tailored guidance to help you move better, feel stronger, and thrive.

Outside of work, Cera continues to explore new sports and refine their skills, staying inspired and ready to uplift others on their journey to a healthier, more active lifestyle.
